Something's burning.......Chicken Bog

I must admit, I cheat when it comes to the bog.  Mom taught me the easy way to make it and it doesn't include pulling meat off of bones!

3-4 Large chicken breasts
1/2 pound smoked sausage
6 cups chicken broth
3 cups white rice
1 tbsp. butter

Cut chicken into small peices and boil for 20 minutes in a large pot.  
While the chicken is boiling, brown sausage in a separate frying pan.
Drain water from chicken and rinse pot.
Add chicken, rice, sausage, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and butter to the pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Easy Peasy!!
