I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve cooked more in the last 2 months than I ever have in my life! I’m so ready to sit down at my favorite restaurant and be served food that wasn’t prepared in a home kitchen!
However, I couldn’t have made it without my air fryer and my pressure cooker! This week we’ve been loving roasted cauliflower.
You'll Need:
1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1-2 Tablespoons Cavendars Greek Seasoning
1 Teaspoon salt (optional)
Prep:
In a gallon size resealable bag, add florets olive oil, Cavendars and salt and shake the sealed bag until all the oil and seasoning is distributed evenly.
Air Fry at 390 for around 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
We love this as an app to dip in Ranch or just as a side! So easy and it’s even picky Beckett approved!
